Drinking a full glass

There is one simple way to control your appetite. It is by drinking a full glass of water before meals; eating foods high in fibre; avoiding becoming overly hungry so that you end up binging; and eating balanced meals with complex-carbohydrates, lean protein, and healthy fats. Drinking water before eating is also good for the stomach because when you are hungry your stomach lining is somewhat stick together. When you drink water first it will give way for the food and the food will not irritate the stomach.
