Battling insomia

I think one of the worst things to have or experience is insomia. Insomnia is a condition in which you have trouble falling or staying asleep that makes one not being refreshed when waking up. There are certain ways to battle insomia. You should make your bedroom to a great inviting place to rest and sleep. Taking a nap is not advisable because it would make you sleep harder. Consumption of caffeine should be limited because it is a stimulant. Eat less chocolates, coffee, cocoa and colas. You also need to eat light dinner. Hopefully everyone will have a good night sleep and wake up recharged and refreshed.
