Double knee to chest stretch

Are you tired of experiencing soreness of the back? This is a very simple way to relieve it. It works great if you will just follow the steps.
Let your hips raise a bit of the floor when you pull your knees up. This stretch relieves tightness and soreness in your lower back by loosening your lower spine, hips, and buttocks.
1. Lie on your back on mat or folded towel with your knees bent, your legs together, and your feet flat on the floor.
2. Keeping your head and shoulders on the floor and elbows at your side, bring your knees toward your chest and grab the backs of your thighs.
3. Inhale deeply. As you exhale, gently pull your knees closer to your chest.
4. Hold for 5 breaths, trying to increase the stretch each time you exhale.
