Sleep it off

Did you know that one way to loss some weight is to sleep it off? You need to make sure you sleep 6 to 8 hours of sleep per night. According to the study, when you experience sleep deprivation a hormone called leptin decreases. It is produced by fat cells. It helps regulate appetite and metabolism by acting on feeding centers in the brain. High level of it will help you eat less. In contrary, less of it will make you eat more. So avoid sleeping late at night and make sure you have enough sleep to increase your leptin hormone.
