When my father and my daughter got sick I realized that nothing I could ask for but good health. I appreciated more our health and this should be prioritized above all because it very hard to be sick not only for the money but the situation itself. It will make the sick person hopeless plus the feeling it gives are indescribable. I pity for those others who have been so abusive with their body and health by taking a lot of diet pill that are not safe. In this world today it is not allowed to get sick. Everything is becoming so expensive, global crisis and etc. My mom is a health worker in our City. She tried her best to keep us away from any sickness or illnesses. She makes sure that we are eating the healthy and nutritious foods only. If we are physically healthy and strong we can do lot of things and can make things easier and better. If we get sick it would be hassle and painful to our body and pockets. And few things will get affected – work, time and money and even the fun. As what the saying goes Health is Wealth.

Sometimes even how hard we try to avoid not being sick it will really happen whatever cause maybe due to weather or climate condition, by accidents or hereditary. That is why my parents took Health care Insurance for us just in case we will get sick coz we don’t know when we will get sick and when we have or don’t have money. It’s good to be prepared and be ready always. It will help a lot in times of sickness with the Hospital bills and other services .

It is always not easy to lose weight. It needs commitment and sacrifices. Too much carbohydrate intake is the main reason of this. We eat much and left it unburned inside our body and that create fat to develop. This may be hereditary also. I personally have struggling for many months of this so called losing weight. After I gave birth my body changed from slim to huge. Choosing the best fat burner I was able to win my battle and now from 72kgs to 59kgs. I love it!

My Operating Room experience was a quite pretty to reminisce. I have learned a lot that made me more confident with myself. I and my colleague decided to volunteer ourselves to one known hospital in my place due to difficulty finding a work for we don’t want to waste our time doing nothing and our main purpose is to gain experience that we could put in our resume for future work. During our first day of duty, we felt so awkward and don’t know what to do and our first main goal is to familiarize or memorize all the instruments.

We’ve been to a lot of adjustment both in work and the people inside the OR but slowly we learned how to mingled with them and win their hearts.He! I have assisted different kinds of operation but the most common are exploratory laparoscopy, cesarean section and appendectomy. It is a must and a hospital requirement to wear scrub uniform in the OR and during operation we need to wear some protective measures both for the benefits of the patient and to us, health workers. Every time we went outside or during break time, we always wear our lab coats as one way to preserve our uniform from getting exposed to some microorganism. Sterility is practiced and there are some guidelines and techniques we followed. Through this exposure I gained a lot of friends, mostly Doctors. I have realized that they are not strict as what people see them outside in fact during operation they fond of making jokes to make the team on going.

Forty years old and above are high risk to some diseases like cancer that’s why annual check.ups are needed for both men and women. They need information or health education regarding health and good lifestyle. So sad to hear the news about my friend’s mother who just died because of undetected breast cancer 4th stage, there are cancers that are asymptomatic but it will show up in the late stage. Somehow, cancers are treatable in early stage. Breast examinations are very important for early detection if there’s presence of mass or cancer cells in the breast. Not just breast cancers but to all types of cancers, early detection is very important for it is said ‘Prevention is better than cure’.
