I worked in a hotel industry in Middle East before. It was a good work experience for me. I met and encountered different types of guests. There were querulous guests, unrespectful and there were kind also. My work is to make sure that our guests are comfortable staying with us. I tried my best to meet and speak with our guests to attend their needs or complaints if there is any and to get feedback as well. Most of the complaints I’ve got from our guests especially during summer time was the humidity in the room. During summer the temperature in Middle East is extremely hot, hot, and hot and the humidity level is going high. The hotel’s air-condition could not cope with the heat from outside and the bedroom floor is tiled that’s why some of our rooms were really so humid.
