Prevent puffy eyes

PED04015Most of us experiences puffy eyes especially when we are tired and can’t sleep well at night. Or even after a late session of partying or just one of those stressful sleepless nights, strengthen your energy and vitality while sitting at your desk. It is great to know that we can prevent it by stimulating our lymphatic system.

To stimulate your lymphatic system do each one of the following ten times:

* Rotate your neck.

* Tilt, and hold your head up.

* Shrug your shoulders.

* Squeeze your hands into fists and do wrist circles.

These all revitalise you and the activities help prevent fluids from “pooling” under your eyes, making them look puffy.
