Smoking is dangerous to your health. It can affect more than just your lungs. It can also increase your risk for heart attack, stroke and osteoporosis. I just could not understand that people already know the effects of it still they are still continue smoking. I am surprise that there is a new electronic cigarette available now and is getting high tech. Smoking is the single largest preventable cause of disease and premature death. Quitting will reduce the risk of dying.
