Better diet

Last week we went to a clinic to see a doctor for something. As a standard procedure for statistics, the staff weighed me in. Actually I was more happy than disappointed with the result the scaled showed. I believed it was just right for my height, age and my physique. Have I gained weight beyond normal I would have to double my time to dance or exercise and whatever physical activities that I enjoy anyway, or a choice of carefully and totally researching and consulting the doctor for the true diet pill for me. I choose the better part.
