One great group activity for children is called sack race. Each of the groups should have one representative to do the race. They will be inside the sack and their hand should hold the sides of the sack. They need to jump as fast as they can. Whoever reaches the finishing line will be the winner. This race is so much fun. It will also help their muscles grow stronger.
